Response times
Same business day for new referrals. Within two hours during business hours for existing participants.
Reporting
Brief monthly progress notes for each participant, structured around plan goals, sent direct to the coordinator.
Capacity
I cap my book at twelve participants. If I am full, I will say so up front and suggest alternatives.
What a referral looks like
- Send through a brief referral with plan management type, location, and goals. Email or phone, whatever is easier.
- I respond within the business day with a yes, a soft no with a reason, or a request for a quick call.
- If we proceed, I meet the participant for a 20 minute no pressure chat before any service agreement.
- Service agreement signed, first session booked, regular weekly rhythm starts inside two weeks.
What I will not do
- Take a participant on if I cannot offer them a regular weekly slot.
- Push for hours that are not in the participant's interest.
- Disappear. If I am unavailable, you and the participant will know in advance.
