›Are you a registered NDIS provider?
No. I am an unregistered provider, which means I work with plan managed and self managed participants. I cannot directly support agency managed participants.
›What is the difference between you and a marketplace worker?
Marketplace platforms are great for one off bookings. They are less great for consistent ongoing support. I take a small book of ongoing participants and stay with them long term, which is the opposite of how most marketplace bookings work.
›How do you handle invoicing?
If you are plan managed, I send invoices direct to your plan manager. If you are self managed, I send invoices direct to you. Either way the rate is the same and aligns with the NDIS price guide.
›How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks of first contact. That covers a no pressure chat, the service agreement, and a trial week.
›What is your hourly rate?
Rates are negotiated per participant within the NDIS price guide. I do not publish them publicly because the right rate depends on the type of support, time of day, and travel involved. Happy to share specifics over a quick chat.
›What if it does not work out?
Either of us can end the arrangement at any time. I would always prefer a quick conversation about what is not working before that, but there is no lock in.
›Do you take participants outside Western Sydney?
Generally no. Travel time eats into the support, and I would rather be deeply present in one area than thinly spread across the city.
›What happens when you take leave?
I give plenty of notice and try to organise a trusted backup if it is needed. I do not pretend to be a 24/7 service, and I am honest about that up front.
